Residence at Huntington Court has been providing the highest quality care in both Butler and Hamilton Counties for over 30 years. We set off the road on a 7 acre wooded lot at 350 Hancock Ave. From our facility you can reach 129 (The Butler County Veterans Highway), High Street or Route 4 in less than 2 minutes. This puts you minutes from Fairfield and no less than 5 minutes from Liberty Township and West Chester.

From its beginnings Huntington Court carried certain quaintness’s, from the tall ceilings to the stained wood throughout; there are historical properties yet a feeling of warmth that envelops you. Recently the facility underwent a 100% renovation both inside and out. While accentuating the buildings characteristics, environmental and structural features were introduced to improve the quality of care. Throughout the process, we kept in mind the ever-changing marketplace demands and believe we have built in a way that allows us to meet the changing marketplace demands in the future. This will play a key role in satisfying the needs of referring doctors, health care providers, as well as patient and family satisfaction. The most recent example of this practice is the opening of our new Wellness Center. With the help of orthopedic doctors, the study of thriving outpatient therapy companies, meetings with the nursing department as well as residents and their families; we were able to make a “mini facility” that is code locked from the rest of the facility including its own entrance. Residence at Huntington Court Wellness Center was developed to meet specific needs that focus on physical, occupational, and speech therapy in a non nursing home setting.

We underwent the same meetings and committees when developing the living spaces for longer term residents. Our Director of Admissions and Social Services can be such a blessing to you and your loved one when going through this process. They are excellent at helping both the resident and family get through this very difficult time of seeking long term placement. Everyone deals with some form of family dynamics. Our Admissions team takes pride in showing individualized care and compassion not only for the resident but also their loved ones throughout this process.

Our team works very closely with the hospital medical team, social workers, case managers, community caregivers and home health companies to ensure a smooth transition from the hospital to our short term Wellness Center or to our Long Term Care Center.

Important Tip – If you already have a surgery schedule date and you know you will need 24 hour care as well as the ability to get back and forth to therapy 5 days a week, it’s a great time to visit and decide where you are going to start your recovery process. Studies have shown you are 6 times less likely to return to the hospital (within a year), if you take the extra step of spending time to begin your recovery process and build your strength before going home. This will make things go much easier after surgery when you are faced with the decision of what to do and where to go. Set up a tour today!

Whether you need immediate placement, future placement, a respite stay, inpatient hospice, or just need answers, let Residence at Huntington Court be there to help you through the process.
